Who we are

Next Customer Please Ltd is responsible for your personal information on this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 12662099, with our registered office at 195-197 Whiteladies Road, Bristol, England, BS8 2SB. You can contact us at hello@nextcustomerplease.com.

What we collect

When you send our enquiry form, we collect:

  • your name, work email address and website address
  • your phone number, if you choose to give it
  • the page you were on and the type of enquiry (for example a free review or an agency partnership)

The form has a spam check, provided by Cloudflare, which uses technical information such as your IP address to tell people from bots. If you email or ring us, we keep what you send us.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you, arrange a call and discuss whether we can help. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and taking steps you ask for before any agreement. We do not use your details for anything unrelated, and we do not sell them. We only email you in reply to your enquiry, and we do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who handles it

We use these providers to run the site and receive your enquiry:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts the website and runs the spam check on the form
  • Google (Google Workspace), which delivers your enquiry to our inbox and records it in a spreadsheet

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards that UK law accepts.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies of its own. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for two years after our last contact with you and then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as the contract and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also object to how we use it. Email hello@nextcustomerplease.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to put things right first.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
